If a buyer expects a solcitation on HePS to be over $15,000 but award is less than $15,000 is the vendor required to provide compliance documents?



Compliance documentation is required for awards of $15,000 or more. 

If you issue a solication on HePS expecting the quotes to be over $15,000 but the award is less than $15,000, compliance documentation is not required by rule or procurement circular.
