When you award in HePS, a snapshot of the information in the vendor compliance report is saved in HePS.  You can access and print it at any time. 

Remember it is a snapshot of the vendors status in Hawaii Compliance Express on the date the buyer completed the notice of award.

Select Award History from the main row of tabs.

Select RFQ from the row of tabs that load below it.

Select the round radio button next to the award. The Notice of Award will appear.

At the bottom of the Notice of Award is a dropdown box.

From the dropdown box select Vendor Compliance Report and the Execute Action button.
