Are vendors required to register in Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) when using HePS?

Unless a purchasing agency specifically requires it in the solicitation, a vendor does not need to be registered in Hawaii Compliance Express.

If the award is under $15,000, compliance documents are not required for award.  (Just close the window.)

If the award is over $15,000, the vendor may submit hard copies of the required documents.

Note: Lower limit requirements for Department of Education may vary.
