Are vendors required to register in Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) when using HePS?
Unless a purchasing agency requires it in the solicitation, a vendor is not required to be registered in Hawaii Compliance Express.
If the award is under $15,000, compliance documents are not required for award. (Buyers may continue to award.)
If the award is over $15,000, the vendor may submit hard copies of the required documents.
