Below are the executive branch departments, attached agencies and jurisdictions that have been trained and are utilizing HePS for small purchases for goods, services and construction pursuant to HRS Chapter 103D. In the coming months, these agencies will begin to issue some larger solicitations (IFBs and RFPs). Additional jurisdictions will also be trained.
