Where can I find the answers to questions about a solicitation asked on HePS?


The answers to the questions are on HePS with the soliciation. 
  1. Log in at: http:/www/sicomm.net
    (Remember, your login/password are case sensitive.)
  2. Select the Agency Opportunites tab. When the lower row of tabs loads select either the Bids, Quotation or Proposals tab, as applicable.
  3. A list of solicitations will appear. Select the radio button next to the solicitation.
  4. Scroll to the the question and answer section.  You will see a link to review the answers.
