Who should buyers/approvers contact if they forget their password?



If you know your user ID and your e-mail address is correct in HePS you do not need to contact anyone.  Go to the login site.  To the right of the login and password, you will see "Forgot your password?"  Enter your user ID or your e-mail address and the password will be e-mailed to you within a few minutes.

If you forgot your user ID, contact your system administrator.  See Who are the system administrators?

If you are unable to contact your system administrator, you may contact Mara Smith (587-4704) or Bonnie Kahakui (587-4702) at the State Procurement Office or Frank Pierce of SicommNet. Note that HePS is secure and we are required to verify your identity if you call.
