§3-122-77 Procurement file and disclosure of information. All quotations received shall be recorded and placed in a procurement file. Pursuant to section 3-122 9.01, a purchasing agency is not required to disclose quotation information received from vendors until the purchase order is issued or the purchasing card order is placed.
