There are two RFP templates for use by purchasing agencies:

Most recent revision 4/06.

Created in MS Word 2000. Compatible with all subsequent versions of MS Word.

It is now one document divided into sections instead of 5 separate documents.

Helpful tip: Document Map: To make it easier to move through the document you may utilize the document map (Once you open in MS Word click View > Document Map.)

This RFP template will be revised as needed. State agency personnel should check this website each time an RFP is developed to be assured you have the most recent template.
